10 万t 锌系统电除尘器的设计与应用

摘　要　对某厂采用普通型板式电除尘器处理10 万t 锌沸腾焙烧烟气, 在使用不到一年时间, 造成设备腐蚀, 甚至腐烂, 严重影响了沸腾焙烧和制酸的正常生产, 而被迫废弃的原因进行了较详细的叙述与剖析, 并在此基础上重新设计研制了1 台与实际生产相适应的GW 1 55P 4 型电除尘器, 于1998 年9 月建成并一次试车投产成功。

Abstract　Through an investigation of an ordinary plate type electrical dust collector used in the treatment of fluidization roasting flue gas of 100 000 t/a zinc production system in a certain
factory, the author gives detailed descript ions and analyses of the causes that the equipment was such seriously corroded and even decayed that it baddly effected the normal production
of the fluidization roasting and acid mak ing systems and had to be discarded with in one year. On the basis of this, the GW 1 55P 4 type elect rical dust collector has been designed. It worked successfully on its first test run in Sep tember 1998.
